Rubberiser
A liquid rubber coating brushed or rolled on in layers. It stays flexible as the roof heats and cools, which makes it ideal for joints, edges and around fittings.
Preparation first
The surface is cleaned, loose material removed and cracks filled before anything goes down, so the waterproofing bonds to a sound base.
Details sealed
Parapet walls, upstands, outlets and corners are where leaks usually start. We take the waterproofing up and around them so water has nowhere to get in.
